The water ski tower in the picture is a hollow aluminum sand casting. We have worked on this project from concept to production and made our customer the leader in ski tower manufacturing industry.

Working with foundries for years we have good understanding of the tooling and process.

Tooling design and making the actual tools for this process is using the latest Cad-Cam systems to minimize time and maximize accuracy.

Stainless steel, polished sheet metal assembly in the picture is the quick release option on the Illusion tower. This makes the detaching the unit from tower easy and quick.
